About Membership - Terms of the Contract

This contract is to validate the relationship between you (the patient) and The Healing Canna LLC. By signing this contract, you are assigning The Healing Canna LLC as your Primary Medical Marijuana Center (PMMC) for a period of no less than 30 days. By choosing The Healing Canna LLC as your PMMC, you are allowing us to grow your doctor recommended plant count on your behalf, and we in turn, will provide you with the highest grade Medical Marijuana at a discounted/member price.

**PLEASE NOTE: This is not a contractual agreement to buy your medication solely through The Healing Canna LLC; this is only a contractual agreement assigning The Healing Canna as your PMMC**.

1. I agree to uphold and follow all Colorado laws regarding Medical Marijuana.

2. I understand that by designating The Healing Canna LLC as my PMMC that I am allowing them to grow my doctor recommended plant count on my behalf as allowed by Colorado State Law.

3. I agree to designate The Healing Canna LLC as my PMMC for a period of no less than 30 days. If I have no changes beyond the 30 days, The Healing Canna will remain my PMMC until I notify them on/after (30 Days).

4. I agree to notify The Healing Canna LLC if and when I decide to change my PMMC or change to a caregiver.

5. I agree to not hold The Healing Canna LLC liable for any consequences as a result of not following these agreements and or State laws for Medical Marijuana.

6. I understand that my member sign-over incentive (match) is ONLY valid on my FIRST PURCHASE after signing this contract. Whether my incentive is used in its entirety or only a portion thereof, no other portion of my incentive will “roll-over” or be redeemable on ANY other date.
