Understanding the Primary MMC / Primary Patient relationship:

By designating a specific MMC (Medical Marijuana Center) as your “Primary” MMC, you are entitling that center to grow the plants on your doctor’s recommendation on your behalf and carry the designated weight amount on your doctor’s recommendation on your behalf. For example, if we have 100 “Primary” patients and each of those patients doctor’s recommendations entitle those patients to grow 6 plants and carry 2 ounces, well we then can grow 600 plants and hold 200 ounces at any one given time on behalf of those patients.

When a patient assigns us as their Primary MMC and lets us grow their plants on their behalf, it is then our responsibility to make sure that patient has medication available for them at our center. In addition to providing their medication as reciprocation for the entitlements given to us; we also offer to match our primary patient’s first purchase up to a quarter of an ounce or up to $50 in products. Our primary patients will also receive discounted pricing throughout our store along with other member only sales and specials. It is in a patient’s interest to assign a Primary MMC if the patient does not intend on growing their own medication. If you do intend on growing your own plants and providing marijuana for yourself, then we always recommend you keep your rights to yourself and do not assign a Primary MMC as your marijuana provider. Keep in mind if you do not plan on growing your own medication in the near future, you can always assign a Primary MMC and give them rights to grow your plants on your behalf for a minimum of 30 days. After the contract has been fulfilled you can cancel at any time by simply giving us a call. We are always available to assist you with any paperwork or questions you may have and have a notary public on-site.
